Architectural Master Plan Model Scale architectural master plan model from laser cut acrylic, sprayed acrylic and card.

3d printed fuel rods High resolution, 3d printed fuel rods; sprayed silver and graphite with a spark effect. The parts were 3d printed in an ABS-like plastic for a balance between strength, accuracy and detail. They are used as props for a fuel company used for exhibition and sales purposes.  

Bespoke awards for Henderson Scott 10 x 'H' awards, painted gold. The H's were 150mm high and 50mm deep. Made from modelboard, hand finished and sprayed with a hard wearing gold cellulose paint. The awards were inlaid with a matt black acrylic S and applied with matt black vinyl wth the Henderson Scott award titles. [...]

Corporate gifts These molecule inspired corporate gifts were ordered as desk top curiosities for a large global company. The thermoset balls were cast to match the acrylic rods and the 5 atoms applied with a bespoke cut white vinyl to stand for 5 different values of the company. See more prop making...

We were commissioned to produce a 1:72 scale replica of Simpsons Skoda in Colne, Lancashire.  This particular scale was chosen as it allowed us to use preexisting die-cast model Skoda cars to bring an extra layer of detail to the piece.  The model itself was made from laser cut acrylic and hand cut styrene extrusions.  [...]
