Laser cut signs from acrylic. Sharp and modern shop front signage.

Industrial model of Matcon's pharmaceutical handling factory for use at trade shows. 2 models were made to show different layouts with both fitting in 1 custom built flight case ready for transporting around the globe.  Base dimension: 1200mm x 600mm.

iPod marking using a ceramic compound. The laser marks the metal by fusing the compound onto the surface. This is used when the surface has not been anodised.

Articulating, scaled up model of a surgical instrument for Olympus Keymed at scale 5:1. The prototype models are taken to trade shows and used in sales to demonstrate how the keyhole surgical instrument articulates and functions. We were commissioned by Kate at the Royal Oak in Tetbury to produce a menu blackboard for some of their many great events. The board was set in a solid oak frame with a laser cut acrylic letters and replaceable laser cut acrylic signs for each event.

1:200 scale architectural model of West Buckland School, featuring contoured base and internal lighting. Constructed from laser cut acrylic, timber veneers and card. The model is on show as the construction begins to show the governers and parents the goal.

5mm gloss black laser cut acrylic letters on mounted to the wall with hover pegs. All letters cut to order in a range of colours and thicknesses.

These wood name tags were cut and engraved from 1.5mm plywood for a birthday party. We can cut any bespoke shape and engrave names in any font.

Bespoke awards made for the Aycliffe Business Park 'Make your mark' awards.  The stamps were made using a cold cast technique to infuse metal powders with resin and create a chunky metal look (and feel).  Each awards was mounted on a solid black acrylic base and inlaid with logos and text.

We were asked to produce some 30cm diameter medallions for use as window display props in Harrods. The medallions needed to appear as though they were solid brass but obviously within a budget.
