3d printed prototype from Ceramic SLA. This material has low shrinkage properties. It produces high accuracy, with a very smooth finish and is stable and temperature resistant over 200°C. These parts were used to prototype a design.

Laser cut card books for a regular customer, Tokyo Dolls. Also laser cut wedding invitations printed by Cherry Press.

We produced simplified scale models for National Refrigerants as paperweights to give away as corporate gifts. The models cast from polyurethane with an aluminium thihydroxide weighting powder before being spray painted and vinyl graphics applied. Finally the pieces were lacquered and supplied in laser etched gift boxes.

Cheltenham Fashion week approached us to produce a couple of awards based around their iconic high heel. We had to work to a strict budget so created the shoes from layered laser cut MDF, filled the surface and painstakingly glued on each acrylic diamante by hand.

We were asked to produce a scale replica, 3d printed model of a filter unit for local company Glosfume. The model featured a cut-through to show interior detail and the main filter elements were also removeable.
