Project Description

We were tasked with producing enlarged version of Straumann’s dental implants for use as business gifts / loyalty awards to their customers. We created 3 masters and took silicone moulds. The final pieces were cast in polyester resin and aluminium metal powder before being buffed to a high shine. The lower portion were then sprayed with a speckle to match the texture change on the real implant. The bases were paint inlaid solid black acrylic.
