Trophies made for Allied Bakery's internal staff awards. We designed these bright and bold trophies based on company logos we were provided with. They are made from CNC milled chemiwood with gloss, laer cut acrylic inlays. Vinyl graphics were applied to personalise the trophies.

CNC cut to size MDF. This large decorative design, 800mm wide, for a wedding, was CNC cut from 6mm MDF. We can cut individual large letters or more intricate script fonts like this one for display in your home or wedding. Get in touch to discuss wholesale prices as well as one off jobs.

Milled foam insert for packaging for Beaufort gin bottles. We can mill foam cleanly to package bespoke pieces of art, products or models. The foam is milled with a tool that cuts pockets in the foam, to any shape. We can cut one off prototypes or for a run of products for sale.

CNC masters for casting. We were supplied with resin and metal powder circular blocks to be engraved with the signs of the Zodiac. They were CNC milled with a V shape tool that adds varying depth to the etch.

1:500 architectural model for Parr Walker architect. CNC milled, contoured, dense foam baseboard with maple buildings. The model was built in secions due to the size, 1m x 2m, so it could be transported easily.
